BV & Jo 1-2X Right View Angle Finder – it a great help

Just what the doctor ordered. Good product and good service,i received it on time in a well protected package.

Very, very pleased with this item. Perfect for what i want and it didn’t break the bank.

It does the job at a fraction of the cost of the official canon item. The build quality is a bit basic but at that price you have to make allowances.

Takes a while to get used to it, but once you do, it is very good.

As an amateur wildlife photographer i am finding this to be very useful and quick to use on those occasions when the camera is virtually at floor level as it saves me trying to bend my neck through 90 degrees. However the other 3 positions it can be used at i have found little use for.

This item is certainly useful if shooting low-level pictures, e. Looking through it the centre is sharper than the sides; could this be due to my specs?.The eyepiece can be focused by turning the barrel, but if you use manual focusing on your camera lens (as i do in macro) it is impossible to tell which is out-of-focus. I have resorted to fixing the eyepiece to a mark. And, as others have said, it feels flimsy but works fine. Doesn’t quite give the feel of a quality item compared to the camera its attached to, and i think its a little over-priced for what it is.

I bought this to help me with my macro & low level photography. It is good as i can set up shots quite easily now.

I love this as it enables me to take photos from a lower angle – useful for all sorts of situations. I use it for sport – took a turn or two to get used to it but great.

This product is great – it does the job admirably. Love the 2x setting allows me to really get sharp on manual selective focusing. If i lost this for some reason – i would buy again immediately.

Why by branded when you can buy the next best thing at a percentage of the price. The functionality is great, and the build quality is more than adequate in my opinion. If you’re doing interior photography this is a must.

I ordered this the other day and it came almost before the ink was dry on the address label i think. The actual item seems to work okay so far, no i will be fair and say its brilliant. – and praise for the fact you get a collection of assorted adaptors, in their own marked little bags with the models that it fits plus a small bellows duster for cleaning it with – thoughtful or what?. – and rounded off with a neat little bag to keep it in. The construction is moulded plastic – what aint these days?. – with metal parts where neeeded and it strikes me that it’s well put together and it ‘does what it sez on the box’ as they say – plus in my case, i save over a £100 plus by not buying the canon model because i feel the canon one is over-priced and would not be surprised to learn its made/assembled not far from where this one hails fromhad this been about in my 35mm film days i would have brought one then. – there used to be a company called polysales years ago that did these small ‘bits and bob’s’ for cameras in the late ’60’s and 70’s’ as i brought quite a bit from them then but they seem sadly to have gone now – but this product seems such good value for money and above all else, it works. – perhaps the camera snobs won’t want it because it doesn’t have the ‘right’ logo on it, but then again its this bunch of folk that hardly know their ‘f’ stop from their door stop that get all screwed upfinal word, just buy it.- if you know what it does, why you want it, then just buy it – you won’t be disappointed, just ignore the the logo buyers.

Particularly useful for those high shots in cramped locations, and, with a ‘minor’ mod (care of a helpful friend), it fits on my polar scope and makes telescope alignment so much easier.

It’s a bit light weight and the build is not brilliant but for the money it’s good value and serves it’s purpose. Comes with several eye piece attachments for many brands of camera. Here are the specifications for the BV & Jo 1-2X Right View Angle Finder:

I use it for astrophotography and it is excellent for focusing at awkward angles. Very pleased with it,well worth the money.

Fits my d40 perfectly and it does exactly what it says. The x2 setting makes focusing easier and when used at different angles the view is good. It does loosen with use but it doesn’t effect its primary function.
