It’s a bit lighter and smaller than i expected and feels a bit flimsy but it works ok the extra buttons are ideally placed and its perfect for gaming use.

Strong build on this mouse unfortunately it falls flat on hotkeys that constantly fight with me and i believe this is down to a lack of testing with players to see if the buttons interfere with their experience. It certainly did with me especially the thumb restthe r. T does certainly gives you control of the dpi and also allows you to ensure that you have massive control on the different ways you can play your games. Profiles are on the fly and depending on the way you play will definitely make you versatile for three types of game genres. League of legends players will certainly benefit from this, but i feel that you are better off with the r. T 5 or even 7 depending on your needs as the r. T 3 does not come with weights and is not supported because of the way it is built and the fact of the price tag so you’re basically getting what you paid for.

Would love this shape mouse with a better sensor, but the sensor lets it down big time.

As i opened the brown parcel i was instantly stunned by the funky packaging, flipping the front there’s a window showing off this gorgeous mouse, it took a little while to get into the box as i didn’t want to rip it and because of the odd shape. It was straight forward, download the drivers and software from the website, plug in and away. It’s very sensitive, easy to use and the cheapest out of the series of mice. I’m not a hardcore gamer and haven’t used the extra buttons yet but when i do i’m sure they’ll come in useful. It has a very nice texture almost rubbery smooth, very comfortable and it didn’t take me long to get use to the ‘claw’ grip style, i’ve already logged a few gaming hours and it’s fantastic, definately recommending.

I got this as a birthday present yesterday, and i got it for a replacement for my old laptop mouse. The first thing that i noticed was how comfortable the r. The next thing was how sensitive it was once on its full dpi. Over all, i think you should invest into this product as it is worth every penny of it, if your not willing to spend around £50.

Looks good, feels good, moves well. Only had a couple of hitches when new, the mouse cut out, had to un plug and plug again, but not happened again.

Profiles available from the website personalised for games make this mouse very useful. The high dpi allows for great precision and switching it on the fly is useful. Obviously not as feature packed as the later models but definitely good.

Ok before i go on to giving a review,on the mouse itself. After receiving the mouse,i plugged it in to my pc. And then i realized that i needed to download the drivers and software. (not included,but installation chart say’s insert cd. )all this and i still had to have my old mouse plugged in. (a good job it still worked)it was somewhat annoying since i had to download drivers x2 and software x2,because i use win7 32bit and win7 64 bit os. I thought that all software would have been included with the purchase of the mouse. Ok in this day and age manuals and software are available on line. (but remember if your old mouse is knackered,then you may have problems)now on to the mouse,i love the design of this mouse. It just looks awesome and futuristic.

Worked great, with 4 years of heavy use it is time to retire the thing, expected it to break down 2 years ago, so if you’re looking for a mouse that can last with a reasonable price, definitely try this.

I’ve owned it for about two years now, using every day and without fail, it works. I’ve noticed some problems when trying to scroll every couple weeks but it goes away and seems to work fine. It’s a bit uncomfortable at first and well, if you aren’t really used to it, it gets annoying. The cable is nicely braided and has a gold plated usb 2. I love the on-the-go dpi switching. It’s a fantastic mouse and i might get another.

Not suitable for larger hands but son loves it.

Ive seen these mice on sale before, so when i went and bought a new laptop, i decided i wanted one of these just because of the concept of them. It has a great feel to it, with a soft finish, and slick movement. It takes a bit of getting use to as the design doesnt conform to the usual feel of any mouse. Its more like stepping into batmans vehicle than your standard ford or vauxhallwhat lets this little batmobile down is the instruction booklet and lack of, in regards to setting up the buttons for certain types of games. I have still given it a 5, as it may just be me and instruction booklets.

It is extremely comfortable, it looks fantastic, it performs beautifully and it’s dpi adjustment is is spot on. The option to set your own specific dpi range for 3 modes gives you a lot of freedom in games. The 4 levels of dpi allows for less extreme gaps too. The braided fibre cable and gold plated usb are very good value for a mouse of this price. Setting up the mouse and it’s settings is quick and simple. The postage takes a while if, like me, you live on the south tip of the emerald isle and not in the uk. That said, it only took 6 days. The mouse was well packaged and no damage to the box could be discerned. Against its rival, the logitech g500, i believe it pulls ahead.

Pleasantly surprised by this product. The mouse is highly functional and the software provided is very good at allowing the user customize their mouse and what every button does to their needs. Not to mention the mouse looks great and performs well in fps games. Looses out on 5 stars for being a bit too small, which is not ideal for everyone.

As an entry level gaming mouse this is a great balance between cost and function. The very high dps is personally a bit excessive for me, however the mouse itself is the best i have owned to date. Feels very responsive and comfortable when using it.

T 3 is an incredible mouse for the price, it sits very well in the hand, and the buttons are all easy to reach. Adjustable dpi is a brilliant feature, and is perfect for those times when you just need a little more accuracy.

It does exactly what it says it does. I am having issues though, that as well as the programming software being confusing, it can crash the pc (only happened once or twice, and only if youre using it abnormally) also, in some games the side buttons are a little slow (1/2 a second max).

Really nice mouse – looks amazing, comfortable, good for gaming in general. Can’t seem to get the software to work well though but i don’t find that a big issue personally.

Recieved this mouse a little a while ago, it’s comfortable, nice smoothness to it’s movement, dpi change on the fly is nice too. Unortunately i will be looking at replacing it. A month after delivery, the scroll wheel snapped around the detector and just span freely and uselessly within its housing. Amazon were very good replacing that one for me. The replacement, after several months of excellent service has simply packed in. I turned my computer on and it was not recieving power. Tried it in every other usb port on the pc, nothing, other devices worked fine in those fine ports. I don’t know whether its more expensive cousins are more robust, but this appears to be a touch unreliable. A real shame, ahd the makings of a nice mouse.

The only thing i would change if i ordered again would be to buy a the r. T 3 is by far the best mouse i’ve owned. I thought it might be a little over kill but it fits in the hand so well.

Bought for a present, the recipient was delighted and really loves the way the mouse feels and performs. The product was received very promptly and in excellent condition.

Well it arrived today i will edit when ive used it for a monththis is amazing the box it comes in is awesome aswell it has magnets in it to open and closethe macro keys are cool (can someone show me how to set rapid fire up as i cant do it)the lead on the mouse is very good grade you can tell as soon as you flex it. I know the mouse looks uncomfortable but it realy isnt its soo nice it fits my hand perfectlyand the dpi settings are insane you realy dont need any thing faster it so quick already. Remember to go to the cyborg gaming website for the software and driversi orderd it yesterday(23rd december) and it arrived today (christmas eve) i got the email saying the item was dispatched onley 3 hours after purchasea truelly amazing product(written by a very happy 16 year old ) (sorry for typos and grammer).

I was walking around a shop and saw this on display and was wowed by the styling and then discovered it was on sale there (so i didnt buy it from here). I read the reviews here and it seemed to get a good write up, so i went for it. Everything about it says ‘quality’. Even the box has a magnet lock for the lid which made opening and closing it to look once more at my purchase more enjoyable. Once i got it home (via a bemused bunch of regulars at my local pub who i just had to show it to), i plugged it in and followed the scant instructions. It was here that i had a momentary difficulty as programming the 2 keys in their 3 modes was not explained 100%, but was easy enough to figure out. What wasn’t so obvious was that you need to load up the mouse profile software each time you use the mouse or it forgets your settings (having no onboard memory).

I use the mouse mainly for photo work (don’t get on with the pen / tablet) it’s a lot more comfortable to use and you can program the side buttons etc for different uses depending on what your working on. Highly recommend it for graphics work.

I am impressed what you get for 30eur. There is no other gaming mouse in this price range with such functionality and ,of course, looks. Personally i don’t game much but it’s rather replacing my office 2-button mouse. Plugged it in windows xp machine and all buttons are working without installing any cyborg software well that’s just too easy to kick off even dpi button works straight in xp sp3. Well maybe you can still find logitech mx518 in the same price range, which is also great allrounder mouse, but that’s still not as fast in games as rat 3 is. While gaming, the mouse could be maybe 1cm or so longer but in my use for various applications it’s very much perfect like this. It slides so easily, it feels quality and wau factor is defo present in otherwise boring office environment :)updatea couple of drawbacks:1. ) after using the mouse now for many weeks i must admit that left click button became too sensitive- now i’m having accidental clicks sometimes even just resting a finger2. ) must install cats drivers and software in order to be able to use mouse precisely, otherwise the mouse is not precise with left and up movements. Right and down is working without drivers tho.

Cyborg are amazing, their tech is both affordable and cool looking.

This mouse is perfect for everyday use to the hardcore gamer. With its adjustable dpi setting, you can slow down or speed up the mouse with a click of a button without having to mess around within the settings on windows. Its also a very comfortable and good looking mouse.

Fast delivery and so accurate. For the last few years i have been using a trust redbull xtreme gaming mouse. Which is also of very high quality. But the rat3 is far superior in usability and comfort. I was very sceptical about buying the rat3 simply because of it’s ergonomics. I was worried it would be uncomfortable, and or irritating over long periods of time. Looks however can be deceiving and were so very rightly in this caseit is very comfortable, and adjustable too. The buttons to change dpi settings and mode button, are a little stiff, but i’m sure over time they will wear in properly. The mouse is silky smooth and due to the recommendation from a friend, i will recommend this even further.

3 for about half a year now. This is my first quality mouse and i must say that i am pretty happy with it. Everything about it screams high quality – the cable, the mouse wheel, the mouse buttons. It’s a claw-grip mouse, so be aware of that, you won’t be able to just rest your hand on the mouse. The left button is ‘rapid-fire’ and indeed, it lives up to its name. Of course, like every product, it isn’t perfect. What cyborg have gone for with this mouse is an entirely software solution to programming the buttons.

I had my ms sidewinder x3 for the grand total of 8 months before it stopped working. I was a nice mouse but i did not feel that i wanted to take a chance on another one going wrong on me again. After looking around i came across the cyborg r. The first thing that came to mind when i saw it, was how different it looks. There was a big part of me that liked the look of it, but was not sure how it would work out in day to day life. After reading the reviews on here, i thought that i would give it ago. I like things that look a little different and the r. Looks alot different than anything else i have seen. First off, amazon managed to get it to me a day faster than they said. The mouse was very well packaged and could not wait to get it out of the box. Out of the box, it looked great. The down side was that there was no infomation on the best way to use it, or how i can change thing around. Just a small point, but something that would have been nice. Also there was no install disk with the mouse.

Feels excellent in the hand and all the buttons have satisfying force behind them. Even after 2 years of use this mouse stil has an excellent movement register and is all in one piece. My only criticism is that the wheel has become slightly loose in one direction (down). This has resulted in my over spinning and selecting the wrong item at the wrong time. I simply remapped the weapon select function to the thumb buttons which irked me at first but is actually working really well for me.

This mouse has lasted me over a year of mistreatment and heavy use and still remains to this day the best i have ever clicked my greasy clickers upon.

I think this is the best mouse i have ever used. Feels great, love the thumb rest. It is better than many ergonomic mice i’ve used. Roller is chunky and responsive. I’ve used razor gaming mice too and this is better than the ones i have used. I should say i was not expecting this when i purchased it. Thanks to the people who wrote constructive reviews :-).
