VicTsing Gaming Keyboard Mechanical¡¾Quick Response – Amazing

Great keyboard for a great price. I swapped from a normal rubber-dome keyboard and fell in love with this keyboard. As you’d expect it is quite loud, so if you live with sensitive people or work in a quiet environment i would not recommend this keyboard, but instead find one that offers brown switches. Otherwise, it provides a nice tactile feedback, and would definately be a vast improvement if you’re upgrading from a dome keyboard. The water-resistance has saved me once already, so that’s a nice bonus. The only downside is that this keyboard comes only in the us layout, so the ‘enter’ key is not double rowed, and also the ‘pound’ sign is missing from ‘3’ key. However, if your system is using the british english keyboard layout, or if you have used apple keyboards before, then it shouldn’t matter.

For the price, it truly is an awesome keyboard. It’s the first mechanical keyboard i’ve even owned, but after using it for less than one full day, i already love it and i think there’s no going back to membrane keyboards for me. Sure, it’s a bit loud, but the typing/gaming experience is something that membrane keyboards will never offer, in my opinion. Keyboard itself actually feels quite premium for its price. Sure, key caps might not be the best quality, but overall feel is really great. The base is made of metal (from the feel of it, also when the courier brought it, it was really cold, since outside temperature was at about 35f). The metal base adds a nice weight to it, and the rubber feet make it easy to make sure that the keyboard doesn’t slide around on the table. Function keys are a nice addition, also the ability to lock the start button is great in games. Manufacturer claims that it has n-key rollover, which i didn’t have the chance to test out yet. This particular keyboard is tenkeyless, which was a bit weird for me at first, but i think it’s just a matter of getting used to it.

Great purchase at great price. Also arrived quicker than expected. Seriously good keyboard with unbeatable value.

Great keyboard for its price. Switches are blue cherry clones, but feel as good if not better than cherry’s.

Admittedly, being a mechanical keyboard enthusiast, i can’t say i am impressed with the offerings. The keycaps are horrendous and will probably last for like 1 month before you can’t read anything on them, the switches are knockoffs who don’t convey the exact cherry mx blue feeling, there is no backlighting whatsoever and of course, since the switches are being exposed, the sound is not even approaching the classic click you kinda expected – especially if you lift the keyboard with the legs. Seriously, it sounds awful, as if you are hearing someone type through an old telephone. But all of that can be forgiven for the price. With that price, you can actually buy a spill resistant keyboard and you can spend some more just to get some proper keycaps and be on your way. Tl;dr: good enough for the price of admission.

Very pleasantly surprised by this keyboard. For anyone looking for an inexpensive but good quality mechanical keyboard this is a great option. It has a nice weight to it and is well built. The switches are cherry clones but feel just like genuine cherry mx blues and accept replacement keycaps easily. They are wonderfully clicky – don’t buy this if you want a quiet keyboardnote that it does have a us ansi key layout, but using this with my mac in the uk the only minor issue is the missing £ symbol on key 3 and this is easy to live with. Alternatively, treat this is as a super cheap base and set of switches then replace the fairly basic keycaps with something special to create a great bespoke keyboard.

Just received it in the mail, using it to type this right now. It’s super clicky, which i wanted, but that means its really really noisy, so if you’re not looking for something really clicky and noisy, look at something else. The printing on the keys doesn’t look that great, but who really needs to look at the keyboard when typing nowadays. I expect these key prints to fade off pretty quickly. I’m hooking this up to my macbook pro and it works. Edit: 7th december, about 10 days later and the asd keys are already fading a little.

Great keyboard for the price. Nice clicky feedback when typing. If you choose to use this for gaming you may be slightly disappointed due to the noise and slight resistance with each key, you may be better off using a keyboard with switches that have less feedback. Despite that small flaw, i haven’t run into any issues when using this keyboard. Performs just as good as others which cost £60+.

So much nicer than my old keyboard and the one in the mac book pro. I’m pretty amazed at the quality given the price. I have no idea how it fairs as a gaming keyboard but as a programmer who spends all day typing i can highly recommend it.

To be honest this is proberly the most satisfying keyboard i have ever used, i used to own a corsair k70 and that was amazing, but something about this keyboard gives it character, the value on this is amazing it may seem a little bit of a gamble coming from how cheap it is, but seriously you will not be disappointed, everything feels well built strong and screams quality. This keyboard is a load of fun and defiantly worth checking out.

Spill resistant was the main reason i bought this. After accidentally bricking my steelseries 6gv2. The keycaps are pretty cheap and definitely feel plasticy. And there’s a noticeable difference on the switches – they feel a bit mushy despite apparently being mechanical. However, for the price i cannot complain too much. The keyboard was functional, i never had any issues with ghosting and it served as a reasonable interim keyboard until i got a bigger desk and less likely to spill things.

Top 5 positive design aspects:1) – compact foot-print: 355. 6mm and quality rubber-anti slip feet. 2) – despite the compact foot print the keys have excellent spacing. 3) – tactile and consistent ‘clicky’ switch feel and useful function/media keys. 4) – rugged design the base of the keyboard is rock solid without any flex. 5) – price – good value for money – this level of quality at this price is rare. I am not going to write about negatives as having assessed them they are all subjective to my specific needs – however:if they make a uk version of this keyboard i will purchase it without hesitation. Is it really water resistant?.

It is loud but it is a mechanical keyboard with blue switches after all. And works fine on my mac and my pc.

Buy this keyboard if you’re looking for a cheap mechanical typing machine. I work in it and prefer typing mechanical, i bought one of these for my work laptop, and am planning on buying a few more as they are so cheap, for taking with me out and about on calls. The quality, and clickyness of the blue switches you can’t really fault at $30, and its small enough to be packed into a laptop bag.

This keyboard provides a fantastic typing experience considering the price. It shipped in great condition and the design seems rock solid. Make no mistake, this is a fairly loud and clicky mechanical keyboard since it’s got blue switches. Do *not* buy this expecting a silent and stealthy typing experience; this keyboard *will* wake your family up. At least ten generations back.

I am in love with this keyboard. This is my first ever mechanical keyboard and at first i didn’t know the benefits of a mechanical over a standard rubber dome/’membrane’ keyboard. However, i was soon to find out as this came only 2 working days later. It came in a well presented brown, cardboard box with a large logo on front. It then opens to present the keyboard rapped up in a foam cover. By tapping a key i instantly felt the difference, it’s much more ‘tactile’ (clicky) than membrane keyboards and feels much more re-assuring. The actuation point is rather light and the travel isn’t as far as cherry mx blues (of which the switches on the keyboard are a rip-off of), according to friends that have had them before. For gaming they are very good and custom key caps that are compatible with cherry switches fit on great with the keyboard too (see photo)pros:nice switchescheap keyboardswitches are compatible for other cherry compatible custom keycapsmetal backplate – adds rigidity and weightcons:no backlightingus layout, not uk (a problem with most low-end keyboards)very loud (may be bonus for some)no wrist-rest.

Is it just me or is there something about tactile keyboards that just improves your writing?. This keyboard is just great and at least half the price of the other mx blue keyboards i looked at.

Fast delivery and nice product with such price.

Reviews from purchasers :

  • It’s SUPER clicky, which I wanted

  • A brilliant entry level mechanical keyboard

  • Trust E – Reviews: The keyboard of my dreams! here’s why:

I’ve had this for over six months now and still really happy with it. It is, as you’d expect from a blue switch mechanical, quite noisy but not excessive unless you’re in a very quiet workspace. Only now is some of the pain marking for the keys fading slightly after a lot of heavy use. Heavy use that had my hands in quite a bit of pain from regular ‘modern’ ultra thin keyboards etc. It took a few weeks to get used to typing on it but now my speed is back up to pretty much what it was before, just without the pain. For me blue is perfect as i’m not bottoming out at all but of course ymmv depending on how hard you pound the keys.

Typing on this cheep and very cheerful keyboard now best mech keyboard for the price.

How the hell is this thing so cheap?. The thing is solid like tank, the key caps while obviously not the highest quality are still excellent. The tactile feedback from the knock-off blue switches are clicky and nice. Amazed how this is so cheap, only thing it’s missing is backlighting, but the white writing is very clear and can be seen via light of monitor in dark rooms.

Really good keyboard regardless of the price and a pleasure to use. Keep it in mind that this is a mechanical keyboard and so it has a satisfyingly loud action. Great for home use might be a little too loud for the office.

No problems at all and the blue mechanical switches sound amazing. Personally i love the elevated key design and it was very comfortable to type on.

Excellent keyboard, the best i’ve head. My last computer was a mac and i broke x3 keyboards with the tinniest drop of water, each time costing me an arm and a leg to replace. This keyboard is simply better value. Update: few months on down the line from my purchase, the inevitable happened. I spilt a glass of full red wine all over the keyboard, i left it to dry for a few hours but predictably the wine had become sticky and the keyboard died on me. I proceeded to wash it under the tap in the bathroom for good 45 seconds, full blast of water. Couple of days it was back to normal.

Would recommend, a pleasure to type with and the keys work as intended. Really well built, feels metal and not much give. Keycaps haven’t eroded after a month of continued use, but based on other reviews beware that the ink on them might erode away over time. All in all however, at the price, probably one the most worth it purchases for those wanting to get into the mechanical keyboard thing.

Very responsive, hard wearing, really satisfying to use with the nice clicky sounds. Nice and compact due to not having a number pad which suits me just fine. A good, solid mechanical keyboard that’s lovely for gaming.
