My original review (about 3 weeks ago) concurred with others inasmuch that this keyboard was indeed 5 star calibre but that the product description failed to point out that it was less suitable for daytime use hence only 3 stars rather than 5. What inateck should have done was to check that my comments were accurate, and if so, amend the website wording thus earning two more stars, but this failed to materialise. I duly returned the item and a week later received a rambling unsolicited email from customer services. The rep’s standard of written english (vocabulary and grammar) was poor and instead of resolving the problem, twice plied me with dense and irrelevant technical data then had the temerity to request an extra star for ‘improving my shopping experience’ despite having made no attempt to understand or address the actual problem. I then asked her to connect me to her line manager to ascertain whether or not her conduct complied with official company guidelines. The line manager’s cognitive skills and written english were of a comparable standard unfortunately but he nonetheless confirmed that that requesting an extra star was not a ‘company level trick’, that the rep was ‘eager to prove herself’ plus ‘she will not be blamed due to this issue, let alone be fired’ (i never suggested either option please note). He eventually contradicted himself however by conceding that ‘no one in the company should do like this’. Lessons to be learned from this somewhat revealing episode ?inateck : better quality (cognitive skills & written english) customer service staff required to deal with non-routine issues plus clear ethical guidelines to prohibit staff from importuning amazon customers for extra stars via unsolicited emails. Amazon customers : the reliability of the amazon star rating system rests on trust that the reviews are authentic, genuine, unbiased and not rigged to any degree via inappropriate company interference. Accordingly : if you are ever importuned to increase your star rating for dubious reasons, don’t hesitate to blow the whistle because your vigilance helps maintain a trustworthy and uncorrupted system.

After a month or so spacebar has given up. Edit: they were kind enough to send me another one free of charge using that now. If anything goes wrong will update.

I have had it for a while now and it is great for gaming feels good when pressing the keys.

Good keyboard, shame you can’t change the lights. Cant go wrong for the price tho.

Really comfortable and lighting is nice but the keys arnt mechanical as i expected.

The markings on the keys are quite faint, so it obviously helps if you’re a touch typist, and some of the markings are misleading – e. The ‘ and @ characters are swapped round for me, and the pipe symbol is a tilde. I suppose this is all down to us and uk differences. Still, it’s cheap, so you get what you pay for, and, mechanically it’s pretty good.

Excellent keyboard for its price.

German keyboard changed to uk. Backlight died on mine the day after i was eligible for a refund so had to buy another one as it is impossible to see the buttons without the light. Shame as it was a decent keyboards.

The keys are squishy, the led’s do not change colour but not a bad keyboard for price. I feel like if the keys where more macanical feel to them it would be a gate keyboard.

First impressions; well built, integrated palm rest, pretty lightswhat’s in the box;- gaming keyboardwhat i love;+ palm rest built in+ well built, durable+ looks good+ feels goodwhat could be improved;- it’s not very light but it is very sturdyconclusion; this is a cool gaming keyboard, it is in an american formate so the @ sign is assigned to the number 2 but you can easily get use to this or change the key mappings if using windows os. The keyboard is not light but it is sturdy, it is great for gaming with the option to use the multi-coloured backlight. The backlight can be adjusted to suite your needs; low, medium, high or off (its not very easy to see the keys if the backlight is off). I recommend this keyboard if you are on a budget and want a good quality keyboard with backlighting. Bought it thinking it would be a temporary solution before i could afford a more expensive mechanical keyboard but i am going to keep it. It’s incredibly sturdy and and the feel of the keys is great. Inatek always comes through with great value for money.

The ‘mechanical feel’ part is definetely a pure lie. But it’s an okay keyboard for casual computer users i guess.

It functions fine but isn’t really mechanical feel; just like a normal keyboard. Doesn’t glow very bright either.

Very well presented high quality keyboard bought this because i wanted one with back lit keys which are big and easy to press, this fits the bill. Firstly it’s very ergonomic and i like the feeling of the key press. Just plug and play and was ready to use with no problems. Plus being water proof it’s probably dust proof too. Not really using it for gaming so can’t comment there. There’s also 2 feet at the back to adjust the height. Also i’ve just found out you can adjust the brightness level by pressing fn and page up or down. Very good quality keyboard and i would definitely recommend it.

My initial order had issues and i returned the keyboard. I was given a full refund and sent a new keyboard which has no issues. Very impressed with this and they keyboard itself is very nice very comfortable to use and looks pretty cool.

Great keyboard, only downside is it’s in an american layout.

The rgb backlighting looks great, just like the photo. Itd be awesome if you could customise it but it still looks good. My only issue is that the second letter onwords is smaller on some keys. Maybe this is intentional but i don’t really like it. Note that this isn’t a mechanical board, but it feels really good. A lot like cherry mx red switches.

Absolutely love it as i am a secretary that types 100wpm and i need to get out alot of work so gaming keyboards are an absolute must for me as they are so responsive. However, my keys arent where they should be. Where i expected to find the . And # key and where they were indicated on the keyboard they arent there and unfortunately i needed these to get into my computer. So i had to use other keyboard and then switch to this one until i worked out where they were. Is this just mine or have others got this problem?. It doesnt appear so from the comments. But as for presentation etc love it.
