EMISH Mechanical Keyboard – Great affordable keyboard.

The reason for 4 star is because its my first ever mechanical keyboard so i have nothing to compare it too. So far no problems looks great and the quality is surprisingly good considering the price. The back lighting isn’t the best and only offers blue with the q, w, e, r, a, s, d, f, up, down, left, right keys being orange. It does offer other modes like breathing, flashing and row flash but to be honest i either leave the lights off or just have them on with the brightness low. It has blue switches which are china made cherrymx blues so they have a clicky sound which is actually not annoying, it also has a metal backplate which on mine is silver it adds to the look of the keyboardi would recommend this to anyone buying their first mechanical keyboard the only downside being it has a us layout for those that are in the uk, i will buy another one if this one breaks in the near future.

I think it is an excellent keyboard with a high quality. The typing feels very good and with it being mechanical, it has a satisfying click to it. Leds are very bright, although can be dimmed to a low level. It also has multiple lighting effects. I have had multiple comments about the keyboard and how good it looks. Much better typing experience than traditional keyboards. I have never used one of the higher end keyboards such as razer.

American layout takes a little while to get used to and some of the keys where sticking for a while until i had used it, fine now and the lights mean i can work without the light on.

Does whet it said on the box. A sturdy mechanical keyboard with a aluminium face and plastic bottom. Only has one colour lights (as shown) but has about 8-9 settings for that colour, i personally would only use 2 of them settingsas i found them distracting and would not advise their use for people that suffer fits from flashing. The lights can be switched offor just used in a permanent on state. The key action feels nice and so far is working out great for both typing and for game play. I would have given it 5 stars if they had added at least 1 colour option. Great cheap mechanical keyboard.

The quality, in terms of documentation, support and even reliability of technical specifications, is the worst i ever saw, but the typing feeling is very good for the fingers. Anyway being this an usb keyboard that receives also passwords, i wanted to understand why the product description says that there is 512kb of flash memory (which is said to have also a reset combination with fn+end). I asked the purpose of such memory in the dedicated question to sellers or other users, but didn’t receive answers. I attempted to search the producer online and could be emish. Cn, but it doesn’t neither mention this keyboard in its keyboard products. The keyboard has a label saying one-up, g300 mechanical gaming keyboard as product name, the label has even a serial number. And a generic fcc logo and sentence but without the id, then ‘made in china’but the manufacturer is unclear emish (mentioned by amazon is *not* written in the label below the keyboard), maybe the manufacturer seems to be one-up, that sounds an imitation of 1up which produces different keyboards, but online i only found seller websites, not producer. I guess the keyboard doesn’t have 512kb of memory, and if it has such big memory there is not evident use of it (other keyboards uses internal memory for macro recording or profile, but i don’t see evidence of anything of such feature in this product, officially). Type feeling:very decent, however i noticed that the click happen a little before the key actuation, such once the key is pressed is possible to rise the key before the click rearrange point and actuate another occurrence of the key moving down without the click. But this characteristic doesn’t interfere for normal typing, at most is present while moving the cursors and pressing sometimes half way up it happen to have subsequent intended actuations at a non deterministic way back down point while bouncing over the spring.

Good keyboard, decent build quality, very clicky and satisfying to type on. And it even survived a coffee spill.

Sounds amazing, easy to get used too, many different light effect and the brightness adjusting is simple and perfect.

Small and compact led is nice and bright keys are easy to press and give of a clicky sound.

Very nice keyboard, all metal and solid. Reason why i have marked it as 4* is because the ‘a’ key doesn’t click like the others but isn’t that much of a problem.

I am more than happy with this product. The keys are smooth and crisp. Love the lights on the keyboard , size is perfect for my hands(size 9). The price makes it even better highly recommend.

Brilliant keyboard for the price wonderful feeling keys nice backlight and really nice metal finish and little rubber pads to stop it moving, great.

This is a great genuine gaming keyboardwe also have an expensive razer on another machine and this compares incredibly favourably for about 1/4 the pricesome reviews said it uses unbranded cherry mx blue keys which i would love to be true but can’t confirm but i will say there is incredible similarity to our razers feel and clickiness.

 absolutely amazingthe keyboard is extremely well lit and has caused no problems , it feels extremely satisfactory to type and to use the keys , it doesn’t have to many flash functions it comes with 4 different functions ,1: is the normal mode,2: is a breath mode,3: the led’s dim and they brighten up instantly any time you hit a key and 4: the leds give a wave effect, the keyboards has a metal layer below the keys and the mechanical keys are of course the blue type , the keys font is no eyes sore and i find them rather nice,for the price this is gold i would definitely recommend,ill will attach pictures soon. If any further things occur to the product i will update this comment.

Love the keyboard, looks very nice and fits with my rig well, unfortunately, it came with a broken led on the f8 key, does not really bother me, just a thing that could be looked at,.

It is amazing keyboard for the gaming and value for the money – lights up and is responsive. Has plenty of functions built in using the functions keys and no problems after a few weeks use.

I have owned 2 of these chinese mech keyboards. They do not disappoint, the blue switches are nice to type with and game with. The back lighting is nice, my only gripe is the quality of the keys. They are ok but the plastic is of a lower quality, some of the letters are a little faded which is not noticeable with the back lighting turn on but it is noticeable without. The type-font on the keys is rather different to a normal keyboard, all very readable but not normal. Overall it seems to be a quality product, why anyone would buy $100+ keyboard is beyond me when ones like this offer the same experience at a fraction of the cost. Mayble buying a new keyset in the longrun would be a good idea.

The keys are sturdy and quite clicky. They’re not the actual cherry mx blues but very similar and very loud as well (i use it for gaming so it is quite disturbing in a way but some people like the sound). The colours shown in the pictures are permanent but you can do cool effects with the colour flow and such. The colour is also very vibrant and i use just the brightness just after the step that turns the colours off. I wish it labelled the functions of the fn keys and the keyboard letters/numbers/symbols are more clearer with colour; nevertheless a great keyboard for its price, highly recommended. Edit: after about 2 and a half years of using this keyboard, it is solid for an affordable keyboard, however if you have extra money you could go for something else as the keys are not extremely stable and can wobble after using it as long as i have. It is also very loud but that is to be expected as they are blue keys?.

Looks and feels like a more expensive keyboard, my son is very happy with it.

For my 1st mechanical keyboard, i am very impressed with it – good solid feel to the keys & a very satisfying click the keys when pressed lol. Only downside was the lack of a manual but i found numerous you-tube videos that helped with any query i had.

Aftet so manny months of gaming i still love it . Every key works, feel and sounds as if were new . The build quality is awsome and love the aluminium front plate .

I am however reviewing this 3 hours into recieving the product. It would be 5*’s but i took a star off as my keyboard came faulty as it wobbles on one side and therefore when i am gaming, the w,a,s,d keys when hit move the keyboard due to it being wobbly – i don’t know what’s causing this but it’s not my table, and even with the keyboard’s feet up or down, it still happens and tested it with my old keyboard, and it doesn’t wobble on the same table. Aside from the wobble, great wee thingedit: changed to 5 stars because their customer service was great and i was able to get a quick replacement through talking to them via email. They shipped it out and it arrived 1 day early :d yay. No issues on the replacement product.

Keys feel better than my razer blackdow’s green switches. Has a metal face which makes it seem more durable, and feel more premium. Colours are a good addition but not important to me. Includes a keycap puller and some replacement keyswitches which was unexpected. You can cycle between the led modes easily and the instructions are printed on the box. Great value and no issues as of yet. Switches are satisfyingly clicky, but very loud.

I really like the design and feel of this keyboard so i’m very disappointed that the lctrl button did not work out of the box. Not the end of the world but i’ve seem similar complaints so i thought i’d add mine.

Amazing keyboard for the price. Bottom is plastic, top is aluminium, what gives it a good weight. I don’t feel any difference between this and a 130 pounds keyboard (i tried a razor keyboard). The light is beautiful and strong, you can use the lowest level in a room with the light on, still looks amazing. The keycaps have thick characters, so the light comes through very nice. My desire for an rgb keyboard is gone, the blue and orange looks amazing together. Time will tell about durability, if you don’t see any update in my review in a few month it means that i have no problem with it. For 25 pounds i highly recommend this keyboard if you want to save money, but want an amazing mechanical keyboard. It is us layout, what absolute doesn’t matter for me.

This was an absolute steal for the price. The switches are buttery smooth and they make the best clicking noises. This is definitely worth the price for a budget keyboard, i would honestly compare it to my corsair k65. The one fdault i had with it was that the led on the f10 key was busted and didnt work but its a minor gripe.

Packaging and product were exactly as expected – in great shape. Extremely sturdy keyboard – no flex at all due to the aluminium plate. Very satisfying key switches – really sharp and clicky actuation points, as well as loud. Very happy with the product.

This keyboard is really solidly built. I was extremely impressed with the metal build. The keys have great feel to them and a nice click. The backlight looks very cool too. My keyboard had a fault but they sent me out a new one so their customer service is very good. If recommend this to anyone.

Great quality for the price, switches feel good but beware they are quite loud for blue switches. Backlighting is a great extra feature and comes with some nice basic lighting modes. Overall great product for its price. Would definitaly buy another.

Son loves it ut it’s a bit noisy when typing. Lot of tap, tapping which is annoying when your son is on it next bedroom when you are trying to sleep.

Lovely keyboard and really easy to type on. Only problem is me living in the uk and it being an american keyboard. I also would like to have all of the leeds blue but that is is just preference.

Went for this as i started to despise the overpriced steelseries apex m800 lightshow i had with a broken ctrl key after a year with the only chance of replacing the keycaps was an rma, to find a mech keyboard this cheap the transition was easy although the difference between uk and us layouts proved to be more difficult. I am glad the keys aren’t cluttered with function key instructions and appreciate the fact i have more real-estate for my mouse to move. The keys feel consistent and the blue clicky noise is also consistent and annoys me but i expected this after researching the switch and found the price for other switches absurd. I dont type any slower and the clicks help with typing giving an audible confirmation should i lighty tap the key coming from a roma-g switch. I am now a big fan of orange and blue leds with a black background and anyone with soldering know how can get some other l. D’s and some resistors and replace them along with the switches(voiding your warranty) but could have bought 6 of these for what i spent on the apex m800 and is more versatile to customise and repair this keyboard yourself than the most expensive keyboard steelseries have to offer, if i customise this board if anything fails after the warrantyi will let you know but i’ll bet the customer service of amazon or emish are good if they offer prime on the product. Although to get money back and buy another keyboard would still cost more than learning to repair it yourself and buy the parts. Solid rubber cable for just a keyboard. Not over built with a plastic bottom but aluminium top frame what makes it feel solid when typing but illuminates every spec of dust so get silver if you don’t want to clean this thing every day.

The only problem is that it is not very easy to find some chars when en-uk language selected in windows. Like back slash for example.
