Polaroid Studio Series 52/55/58mm : but ok for my use – I you want excellent quality get a Nikon lens
I had read the other review before i purchased these and am glad that i ignored it. These attachments do exactly as they say. The construction seems good and solid, obviously you have to treat it like any other lens and take a bit of care and not be throwing them around the place. The wide angle lens is good, yes there is a slight fisheye effect in the corners but only on the 18 mm setting of my 18-55 canon, that is to be expected once i zoomed out a bit the black corners went ( then you loose the point of having the attachment. ) i’ve bought them for the family holiday to the usa as i want to take some landscape photos of niagra falls. I am an amateur photographer and for the price of them they are a perfectly good alternative to buying a £300-400 lens.
Incredible lensesedited 09/10/2019 the photo attached was taken with my nikon d3200 camera, 40mm macro lens , close up filters and the macro part to this lens. I thought you should see the quality of lens.
Father in law thought they were better than his slightly more expensive set.
This product was delivered quickly, i received it before expected indeed. The product looks well made and durable. I have a nikon d5200 and i bought this as an alternative to expensive wide angle lenses. I found the wide angle attachment very useful although with my 18-55 kit lens you start seeing vignetting (due to the lens capturing the insides of the attachment) after adjusting the focal length over 45mm, fair enough for this cheap product. Unfortunately i cannot tell the same about the telephoto attachment. I think this is just a wast of money. Vignetting is visible no matter is most focal lengths with this particular lens. I’m waiting for a new lens and i’ll how well this extensions fit to the new one. For the time being, i can just recommend to buy only the wide angle attachment if you have the same camera configuration i have.
Fits the requirements apart from photographically. Not sure what i’m going to do with them now.
As im new to dslr and only to improve on quality of images, i didnt want to spend a lot on lenses. These were an ideal upgrade at a low budget. They work well and as im not a pro, these lenses have given me some versitility and good quality images.
Budget lens but ok for my use – i you want excellent quality get a nikon lens.
