Lovely keyboard although noisy.

Having recently returned a defective madcatz cyborg, found this as a replacement and thought i would give it a try. Been using this keyboard for a few months now, so far so good. Love the control i have over the lighting. Big sell for me was that the macro keys are low profile and are out of the way of my little pinky. I like to anchor my little finger to the left of the main keys as i know where all the keys are relative to this. Personally i can’t get used to other keyboards that have an extra row of keys on the left as when i wanted to hold down ctrl i would sometimes press a macro key by mistake. Only thing i have noticed is i think i can sometimes hear the spring under the space bar – but not annoying enough to drop a star – yet.

Avit hv-kb346l led make me say only that this keyboard is good in every way, the way the keys are laid, choosing speed reactionary and 13 macro programmable keys, it’s waterproof, plus that you can have 1 year warranty. From my point of view, so far, have the best quality / price rate. I bought 2 weeks ago, i’m very pleased with it, has nice design, i can customize the color of the rgb backlight in 4 separate areas, which make it hard to beat by other competitors. Since i ordered it, i have seen how a good product it is. Almost has no disadvantages, and what is really make me delighted about it is the m1 and m2 keys which chanced the way i am feeling the gaming freedom. Taking in consideration all these elements i can only recommend it with all my heart.

I love the aesthetics of this keyboard, particularly the ability to change the colours of the keys via the software which is included on disk in the box. The box itself beautiful presents the keyboard, i was very impressed. After playing around with the software, which i believe needs more instruction in the booklet given, i finally got a hang of it and set my shortcut keys, mainly multimedia keys. Also, it bothers me how long it takes the keyboard to update with these new preferences. It seems to flash twice before it confirms changes, sometimes ridding previous set ones. This may be just a personal preference but i do believe the keyboard should have dedicated multimedia buttons, at the very least just volume up and down. That is the only thing about this keyboard that make me miss my previous one which had a scroll wheel for the volume. Otherwise, a nice bit of kit, types really well and the wrist rest on the left hand side has been very beneficial for me doing all my 3d work for university.

Bit difficult to configure in the beginning but after its awesome.

I picked this up as an mmorpg player looking for extra macro buttons. The layout of this keyboard is great, it looks great and it feels great. It was easy enough to macro the keys i wanted to macro, however after playing in game for about an hour i noticed something. The l1-9 macro keys which i was using as in-game macros (shortcut – shift+#) was sometimes not registering the shift part of the short cut and activating the other macro’s corresponding to the same number. G ability set as shift+1 (l1) and spell as simply 1. Every one in 6 or so presses of l1 the spell for 1 would go off instead of the ability. Naturally this has caused a lot of issues in game and has actually hindered my ability rather than improved it. I found the solution to this after a few days of tweaking to be to change the key response time in advanced settings. Albeit on occasion in very crowded areas in an mmo it still does this but i would put this down to lag rather than the keyboard itself. Have edited my review to include the fix and am much happier with this now. Also mentioning havit did contact me to offer a refund / replacement when i was initially unhappy with my keyboard, excellent customer service.

Best keyboard, i have bought, and i have bought many, in my 25 years, i highly recommended it :).

Great keyboard ,but had to send first one back, return key was sticking. New one working fine so quiet would recommend for gamers.

Most best keyboard i have ever bought only problem i have is that sometimes the space bar doesn’t respond but hitting it harder seems to fix.

This havit keyboard it is a great solution when is about gaming productivity. It is easy to use thanks to its greatly improved elements and all the time, my gaming experience was a true delight. It provides fast feedback, has 13 programmable keys, 2 gaming profiles, work excellent on different operating gaming feedback as a professional system. That’s why i think this is a good product, especially if i’m considering its affordable price.

This gaming keyboard is very impressive and is well worth the money. When i got the box of the keyboard i instantly knew it was quality because of its smooth outer sleeve and box which has a very sleek and unique look. The keyboard is then safely covered so no damage can be don inside the box, under the keyboard is then the cable and manuals which will tell you how to program the colour of the keyboard to fit you you. After plugging the keyboard in, there is a very satisfying feeling because the lights come on in a rainbow design. After testing the keyboard, i knew this was a brilliant gaming keyboard because it was very quiet and so didn’t disturb you when gaming, the buttons a designed to fit your fingers and so it is very comfortable. The letters are in a unique font and so gives extra character to the keyboard, furthermore the keys have nice details and symbols underneath certain keys such as; w, a, s ,d which had little symbols to indicate up, down, left and right for when gaming, this really tells you how much detail the keyboard actually has. Finally, one of the best features of the gaming keyboard is definitely the rgb lights on the keys and the programmable feature that allows you to be able to customise the colours to whatever you want, or even customise it to match the theme of your setup. The colours are easy on the eyes and so the lights can stay for long periods of time while your gaming and not distract your eyes or hurt them.

My only problem is that the colour option is a bit weird to use.

I received this yesterday and love it already. I wasn’t purchasing this for gaming use really, i just like the way that the gaming keyboards look/feel. The item arrived next day and was well packaged. The keyboard was in an inner box which had the eagle logo in a royal blue box (looked like i was opening something from the president lol)the keyboard is plug and play so it installed with no issues and lit up straight away. The usb cable is braided and adds an extra quality touch. In the box was a driver cd which you can use to configure custom settings such as the lighting, intensity and shortcut keys. This installed fine but for some reason or another, i can’t seem to change the colours on there and apply them to the board. This isn’t an issue though as this can be applied from the board itself. There are 5 sections of colours that can be changed to be all different or all the same. I like the green best the logo on the board can also be changed too which is pretty cool.

Very good and the lights are very cool. Although the colour changer, once installed, is a little fiddly to get to (you have to open the tray on the toolbar on windows) it is very good.

Easy and simple to program and use. Everything is explained and shown clearly. For its price it does everything the more expensive keyboards do.

At first i wasn’t sure that i’d got the right keyboard as it felt somewhat strange to use as i was using a razer keyboard but after a short few hours, this comfortable keyboard felt so right.

firstly i have to say that i have received this keyboard for free in return for my video review and honest opinion. Love this gaming keyboard from havit. Brilliant design and very well made and just feels right. The software that comes with it is brilliant and very simple to you so you can adjust the backlight colors in the 4 seperate areas as well as changing the color of the logo and you can have a breathing option which makes the lights pulse which is a very nice effect. You have the 13 macro keys for setting up and you can change just about everything on this keybaord so just play around with it until you hearts content. Youcan even change between two gaming profiles using the m1 and m2 buttons. This keyboard really will change the way you game, i never thought it would but it really does. Everything has been really well thought through with this one and like i said earlier it just feels right. Lovely design, very good build quality using very good materials, excellent software and well packaged. Brilliant keyboard from havit.

Setting up the macro keys in linux is not easy, you will need to write your own bash app for that as havit have not produced any software or drivers for other os’s than windows yet. In windows this keyboard is fully functional, the back lights look really cool, and having so many macro keys see’s me killing ‘enemies’ online faster than they can blink. They are very useful for work too, and easily reprogrammed for new code snippets ect. I have them set up so i can use the selector keys (m1 & m2) and change between game short-cuts and work snippets/functions. Havit support are reliable and quick to respond to enquiries too. They say that they intend to provide linux support for future product releases.

Good keyboard, lights are pretty interesting and you can change them does what it says on the tin, no problems and iv been using this for 4 month now so i’d recommend this.

I like this keyboard for its style, and its price. The build quality is average, but this can be expected from the price it is at. The customization side of the product is fantastic, even if sometimes a bit long or laborious to get through.

Great looking keyboard and the flexibility of 12 programmable keys makes playing elite dangerous a cinch. The keys are clear and sharp in the dark and the colour combination control easy as you would expect. Good solid tactile feel to the key presses and a has a good solid build. Would definitely recommend this for those like me who have been looking for a good replacement keyboard that offers additional customisable keys. Only gripe is that my pc (dell xps 7100) doesn’t recognise the keystrokes during bios boot but that can be controlled from within windows so not too big an issue, but just a heads up.

I own this havit keyboard for 1 month and i want to say that it is very good at games thanks to its m1 and m2 keys which are positioned pretty well and can make the difference in a game. It really takes about one week to get used to it. I recommend this keyboard as being a decent one: still have some minor issues with the keys sound and noise, but this are happening to almost keyboards. Have some nice features, including 4 different area lights and rarely is blocking. I, personally, i’m recommending with confidence, as you’ll be more than sure delighted by its special features.

. But a bit expensive for a non-mechanical.

This keyboard is brilliantly priced, and just an all round solid device. Comfortable, well designed and looks cool. As many macro keys as you need unless you are doing flight sims, and even then unless you are ocd you should get away with it. I game every day, for as many hours as i can get away with, these keys get mashed over and over and its still working fine. Have had no problems in the year i have had it. I also bought a mouse by these chaps and my experience was the same. Both mouse and keyboard are my best purchases on amazon by far. If you are looking for a keyboard for gaming – why pay more?.

The left hand rest for your hand is not long enough, the corner rests on the fleshy part of my hand below the thumb and after awhile of using wasd, i find an imprint of the corner in my hand. Also the leds are’t very bright, i forget they are even on.
