Razer Abyssus V2: True 5 : Very cool!

Even without the side buttons this mouse is very comfortable to use and very accurate when playing shooting games.
My 2nd razer mouse, the first one was the same, but it got smashed a bit under a chair(kids) and even then it worked with a bit floppy buttons xd, really nice and sturdy, i wish only the headset would have been this sturdy when i had it 1 year ago.
The mouse arrived within 36 hours of purchasing on standard deliveryi bought this mouse as i was looking to upgrade from my cheap £10 ‘gaming mouse’ that i bought off ebay. I can say that the razer abyssus 2014 is perfect. It fits in my hand, and is also comfy to use. The only downfall on this is that it only has 3 buttons, but i don’t really use them on my old mouse so it isn’t that important to me. The movement of the mouse on my pc feels a lot more smoother and more accurate (it might just be me being more comfortable with it). It is also very easy to adapt to. Id definitely recommend this gaming mouse if you are on a low budget and need something that is worth the money.
I had 2 of these and for 3 years work just fine, for gaming and general use, the 3rd i keep it for spare.
Let me start this off by saying im a left handed gamer and the struggle for a mouse is real . This has done me brilliantly the past 7/8 months it doesn’t make any rattle noise but it is a tad light for me but not much over all its like a basic pro gaming mouse it does its job perfectly but dont expect the that 4th button to do much.
This mouse is great for my giant hands. It’s long enough that i don’t have to drag my finger tips across the desk when using and wide enough that i can relax my wrist. I was previously using a naga hex but that device was far too small for me, and i found the extra buttons excess to requirement. One thing to note, which is fair for 2 years of strenuous use, is that the middle click is now getting aged, sometimes i find i have to click it very hard to ‘reset’ it and then it will work fine. I expect to get a further 2+ years out of this mouse.

Grandson loves it- so i will give his feedback- speedy and easy to use glides around very good- easy to handle and great forcomputer and games.
I know this sounds picky af but it was kinda heavy to on my wrist to use. Weighting at 200+ grams, i think it’s fair to say you should go for something lighter.
Brilliant mouse for the money, i just wish it was slightly heavier, if your looking for a quality, no frills mouse then this is spot on, rubber grip feels good, all buttons are responsive and feel just right, scroll wheel is really nice too, the lights are pretty good, pretty bright, quick dpi change button is a nice touch.
Been using this mouse for a while (for a few months at least) and whilst the quality is comparable to my deathadder, it’s not quite as comfortable as a mouse. It’s great for average productivity taste (which is why i bought it) but for gaming it’s not as good, nor as accurate as the deathadder, the materials on the mouse feel slightly cheaper, but the build quality is just as good as some as razers more expensive products, but for my hands it just doesn’t work for me. It’s fantastic as a back-up mouse or as a cheaper mouse for your kids, but i’d also look at some options from logitech and steel series if it were me however.
This is the best mouse i have ever used. I like it how simple it is, it doesn’t have any buttons on the side which i hate. I use it daily to play games, which is why i can highly recommend this one.
Great mouse, nice clicks, great sensor, software is a clusterf*ck tho so much stuff u have install just to use it. There is a weight inside this mouse if u take it out mouse weights around 70g. Which is great for fps games, it lacks side buttons tho but if u can live without them it’s good. All razer mice currently have 2 year warranty as well (cause u might have heard a lot of them get rma but they sell more mice then anyone else).

If you’re left handed and fed up with the rubbish mice you have to use, then get this one. Don’t worry if you’re not into gaming, you’ll be happy that you bought it.
Comfortable to use with a definite and responsive click. The sensor is a little sensitive for my liking (3500 dpi i believe?), but i prefer much lower sensitivities than normal so this does not affect my review. My one complaint is that the cable is not braided and causes a fair bit of friction between it and my wooden table – i have to prop the wire up to stop it from dragging and affecting the movement of the mouse.
This is my first ever razer gaming mouse an i must say they have me hooked straight away, this mouse is great very comfortable as a great 5000 dpi which suits to my needs, easy set up basically plug an play but if you need to change the rgb lighting then just simply go to the razer page an set up from there to get your required color setting. I’d have no issues in recommending this product esp for all first time gamer’s.
I finally upgraded my mouse after around ten years of friendship with my old gaming mouse, and i couldn’t be happier with this one. It’s everything you’d want and more from an entry level gaming mouse, and is extremely comfortable to use; i also do a lot of design work so the precision and comfort is fantastic.
This mouse is a step up from what i used to use. The reaction time i get whilst playing games is unbelievable, of course the higher dpi means increased sensitivity so a slight adjustment in my games had to be done to get used to it, but i’m glad i switched. I’m not a razer fan boy, but this mouse is well made and well worth the money.
Razer Abyssus V2: True 5,000 Dpi Optical Sensor – Tactile Hyperresponse Buttons – Customizable 3 Color Lighting – Ambidextrous Ergonomic Gaming Mouse : For the price, which i bought for £31. 99, the mouse is definitely worth it. You can customise your dpi in the razer synapse programme and customise if you want the logo to breathe or just be off. I wanted to buy a gaming mouse but not spend too much, i’m not looking for overpriced chroma style fancy bollocks but something practical, and this mouse is pretty much perfect. The size of it is excellent, the grip is too as well as on the mouse wheel. There is no red laser on the bottom which makes no difference but just wanted to let you know. There is no side buttons on it but i didn’t want it to have them anyway because it makes the grip uncomfortable. I mostly play shooter games like cs:go, paladins, far cry, wolfenstein, payday, hitman and even the batman series. Works great with every game as well as desktop use. Overall a perfect mouse, cheap with no cons from me.

I’ve bought before for my older son too and he still uses it. Definitely worth the money and an excellent gaming mouse.
Quality gaming mouse, one can change between different dpis with one click, three different colour light, green blue and turquoise programmable, smooth performance not too big.
Arrived a week before it was scheduled to arrive which was absolutely perfect. Bought this for the sole purpose of giving to my fiancé for his birthday but ended up giving it to him a week early (it was perfect timing) because his old one just stopped working. Exterior is smooth, the cursor moves so fast that i legit struggle myself (fiancé now terrible at his online games) so gonna have to go into settings to alter speed. It fits so perfectly against my hand too and honestly, never seen someone so happy with a computer mouse.
Ordered it at around 10:30 last night (monday 24th) and got it around 10:30 in the morning today (tuesday 25th), not even 24 hours, never seen such speedy delivery before. The product itself is nice to use, cursor is responsive and smooth, feels nice and comfortable and has a satisfying click. Only downside i would say is the cable; its long enough but it feels a bit flimsy. Just hope it lasts me a while. 99 its a reasonable price, especially for a razer product. Update: after using it for a few months, the mouse wheel has become a bit erratic, sometimes not registering a scroll and sometimes registering twice. Aside from that it’s still holding up.
Love the fact there are no awkward buttons situated on this mouse that you can accidentally miss click. The mouse moves really smoothly, and the wire is really flexible and doesn’t catch on anything if your setup is a little awkward.
Nice high quality entry level mouse. Even if you’re not a gamer, this mouse is really comfortable to use and the added sensitivity button really helps with any task. Got them on all my computers, plus looks good with the colours you can pick.

A wonderful mouse with only a few gripes. The design of the mouse may leave something to be desired. Due to its symmetrical design, it leaves nowhere for the pinky finger to go and so it just kind of sits at the side awkwardly for those who use palm or tip gripping styles, yet perfect for those who use claw. The texture of the mouse is quite nice, nothing outstanding but not feeling cheap like some of the other mouses i have had, using a textured rubber on the sides for better grip. The lighting only comes in 3 colours, light blue, dark blue and green. I would prefer an option for red but for this price i can’t really argue. The final talking point and probably my biggest gripe is the weight of the mouse, it weighs very little (i don’t know how light it really is) and while this may be better for some who like lighter feeling mice which are snappier and glide quicker across the mousepad, it is simply a tad too light for me. I transitioned from a razer naga hex (red) and found the weight difference to be a little staggering, feeling as though it weighs a little less than my iphone. Again this is a personal gripe and a minor one at that for such a great mouse at £30 (at the time of purchase). Tl;dr – if you want a good mouse that is pretty light, comfortable and matches your setup’s colour scheme then this mouse might be for you.
My 11 year old son was over the moon with this for christmas. He says it’s “very cool”. It came well packaged and fast delivery. He loved the little extras inside, dog tag, stickers etc.
Nice mouse, comfortable to use, and has the desired effect of more accuracy and sensitivity in first person shoot-up in sniping mode. Symmetrical allowing use in either hand. I chose this because i use my left hand, and it seems there isn’t so much choice for left handers (unless you want to spend a lot of money). After reading reviews i chose not to install the razer synapse software. Why would i want to store mouse settings on the web?. Some reviewers said that they had problems to use it if they were not online after installing the software. The default plug & play settings are quite adequate for my usage.
If it seems on the expensive side of things, it’s worth it. I’m an avid pc gamer, but don’t terribly fancy having extra buttons on my mouse which is why i chose this one. It’s comfortable for long sessions, it’s responsive and smooth, not twitchy at all. If you want a good gaming mouse but don’t want extra buttons, you can’t go wrong with it.
This mouse is brilliant as far as they go. Its fairly cheap compared to some other ones i looked at and is perfect for an all round mouse. The build quality and looks are very nice. If you are looking for an all round good mouse which is still good for gaming i would recommend this one.
I decided to buy this after my razer diamondback stopped working. I am not a fan of over complicated mice and the abyssus seemed to suit my needs perfectly. It is a well built, well designed mouse. Just the 2 buttons and the scroll wheel – nothing extra. It’s perfect for an oldschool gamer like myself who doesn’t need 10+ button to play a game :)if you’re looking for a basic gaming mouse which is comfortable and offers good resolution at a decent price then go for this one.

This mouse is so confortable and accurate. It has 3500dpi resoulution wich make it very accurate and fast for gaming. Just 3 buttons: left right and the scroll button, it’s ok if you are a casual player with a low budget, but i definitely not raccomend this for hardcore gaming. The mouse has a breathing green led on the logo, the effect it’s just awsome, i love it.
Jesus christ what a good mouse. I got really sick of mice that have a million side buttons (perhaps am an old man now)this is just a no nonsense, comfortable no stupid fancy crap mouse that just has 4 buttons in non awkward places and is perfect.
Great price for performance. Premium feel and very smooth and fast just what i was hoping for. It has reached my expectations and went beyond.
I’m using it for fps games and it works just fine. Very comfortable and fits well in hand.
Really accurate and steady mouse, really good price as well. May need to adjust it in and out of games sensitivity-wise, but otherwise great.
