HP Omen 300 Gaming Mouse Pad Large Anti-Fray & Non Slip – Wow

Very good condition and very happy with my purchase.

The omen by hp brand really are excellent, great spec mouse, make sure you goto hp and download the driver pack for this mouse so you can use it to its full potential.

If you’re right-handed and don’t mind a bit of cable-clutter, then this omen mouse is probably as good as you’re going to get. To be honest, i’m not that much of a fanatic gamer to tell you whether this will give you the edge over a wireless mouse, but it feels extremely comfortable and works perfectly. Every button has a nice tactile click and the scroll-wheel has a quality action with just the right amount of resistance. With its styling and light show, it’s a perfect match for my omen laptop (see photo). Also like the cut-away design. I had the omen command centre already installed on my laptop and it detected the presence of the reactor mouse automatically. Be aware though that its asymmetrical shape may not be ideal for left-handed users.

Hp black omen gaming mouse 600, 6 programmable buttons, adjustable dpi, usbin the box. The mouse with attached cable and usb plug with instructions. It is plug and playcustomising. The mouse is fully customisable and buttons can be reassigned for different games etc. This is a large mouse and is very easy to grip. The switches and buttons are very well placed. The mouse has a proper rubber grip surface for high speed gaming. The mouse is fast and the tracking is perfect. There is no lag or hesitation at any time. The switches are fast and positive. This is a nice looking and very useable gaming mouse.

Easy to set up, and easy to use. This mouse is comfortable to hold and use. However in comparison to other gaming products in this market i wouldn’t choose this one. Having said that i would choose this for its ergonomic and comfortable use.

Any gamer will know that a good mouse is hard to find. This one is fantastic with lots of extra buttons on it to set up how ever you like.

  • Love Mouse :: No Software
  • Excellent gaming mouse but can’t get the necessary configuration software.
  • Comfortable and Precise

Yeah this is really decent for the price, unless you’re looking to spend over £50 this is well worth it.

Really good for moba and for fps games.

This is a somewhat baffling mouse from hp – physically, it’s ok: ergonomic enough for right handers, decent feedback from the omron switches, solid scroll wheel, but hp don’t seem to have released software to allow the side buttons to be customised easily. For productivity purposes i usually bind the side buttons on these mice to copy and paste when using windows, and then i’d have different gaming profiles so the side buttons can be used for common actions like throwing grenades or melee attacking in battlefield. However, as far as i can tell, the side buttons on this mouse only work for forward and back, which i almost never use in a browser. It’s a shame because the mouse is a decent budget option otherwise, especially if you have a palm grip and larger hands – the mouse is light, but it has quite a large ‘body’, so it definitely suits a palm grip rather than a claw grip. Until hp provide software that allows customisation of the side buttons (i believe the 600 has this), i don’t think this is a good option for gamers or professionals who might want to bind useful macros.

Great gaming mouse a little light weight but really comfortable.

Decent size for gaming and office purposes. My mouse works perfectly fine on it. It’s not glitching or bouncing away.

This review is for the hp omen reactor wired usb gaming mouse. I have owned many mice from wired, wireless, both inexpensive and expensive, containing different shapes, designs and purposes. This mouse is considered the mid price range and is a remarkable one for the price nonetheless. I have to give hp credit for its quality, comfortability and its design. Upon opening the box, my first impressions of the hp omen reactor gaming mouse was that it was it was a larger sized mouse featuring a very unique ergonomic design that is both comfortable and intended for the right hand user. It contains a nice matte shell that surprisingly isn’t a sweat magnet, is easy to grip and feels really comfortable compared to most mice i have used. It is also lightweight, weighing only around 97 grams if you disregard the cable but not as lightweight as others on the market. Originally i thought that the mouse was huge at first, but from further inspection it was perfect for my hands (17-19cm). Having medium sized hands and my preference being a palm grip, this was fine for me as the base of the mouse can be uniquely adjusted to fit for precise comfort and control. It also covered the whole surface area of my palm.

Hp omen 400 wired usb gaming mouse. Overall my teenage son is really happy with this mouse’s performance. Easy to set up and comfy to use, this fits nicely in the hand and is slightly on the large size. My son is right-handed so this review is for that. You can also change the dpi with a click of the button here various colours represent the different levels. This is a wired mouse and we thought it great value for the price. Overall we were extremely happy with this and would recommend.

Hp omen is a gaming brand i’ve always heard of but never had experience with. This is a fast and smooth gaming surface that has a nice feel when gaming. The surface is high quality and the underside is a rubber grip surface for holding it in place during intense gaming sessions. Overall i’m very impressed with this mousepad. I’ve never used a hard gaming mousepad and i’ll be using this as my main going forward.

Great mouse with the adjustable back for precise comfort and control. Hp command center let’s you customise the different colours and different dpi settings, giving you flexibility in the speed of the pointer. The two buttons at the side can be used to replace additional keyboard functions. The cable is also very resilient and very long, which is ok if you are sitting at a distance but can get in the way if you using it directly near to the device.

I’m a big dude with big hands and it’s too big and heavy even for me. Even after taking out all the weights it’s still too heavy.

I recently bought an omen laptop so wanted to stick with the brand. Build quality is great, feels solid yet light.

Features: – rubber anti slip deck has plenty of room for a big mouse movements to optical Sensors of gaming mouse designed, smooth fabric surface, last over 250 km on mouse movements place, extremely robust with a thickness of 4 mm

I love the weight and feel of this mouse. The build quality is sexy, pure class, so solid and the rubber grip pads are actual rubber pads, not the cheap veneers or fake rubber stickers you find on other mice. The unboxing was a pleasure and i was happy, looking forward to firing up for a fool around with my new love, and then it hit me. –no software–the dpi can be changed using the button marked ‘dpi’ (doh)but the lighting is pegged to the dpi, so as you cycle through, each colour corresponds to its own dpi setting, but hp haven’t written any software for this mouse whatsoever. You can go into windows mouse settings for your vanilla tweaks, as you can with any mouse, and many may argue that a ‘dedicated custom software package’ is not always necessary, but for me, it is a dealbreaker. If you’ve ever used a zowie, or a logitech, or a razer, or a steelseries or any other of the premium brands you will get me on this.

Hands down one of the best mouses i’ve used. Shame i can’t say the same for the laptop itself.

It’s an underrated mouse and it is the best one i’ve owned thanks hp.

Perfect for gaming – of which a lot i do. Size is perfect (big) and mouse moves very smoothly across the surface.

Top quality and a good mouse but similar features can be found cheaper elsewhere.

The ‘hp omen 400 wired usb gaming mouse , optimized mechanical switches, quick adjust 1600-5000 dpi optical sensor, sniper mode 400 dpi , rgb led, customizable buttons’ may be considered as a minor upgrade on the very basic-featured mice supplied with hp’s omen series and others of desktops and laptops, not just the few listed. While described as a gaming mouse it is not one that a serious gamer is likely to choose. Build quality is similar to hp’s standard and long familiar mouse products whose design it very closely follows and it lacks the weight and additional features of a typical heavy-duty gaming mouse. In pricing, it is fields apart although still affordably priced and is wired as most gaming mice are. Whilst it has extra features, not least its dpi adjustment, it needs neither the complex driver and mode-changing software as used by logitech, razer, roccat and other dedicated gaming brands. The mouse is not equipped with multi-coloured leds or multi-functional buttons as are more advanced models. It performs sufficiently well in all respects, suiting the simpler games rather the advanced ones that depend on non-existent features. It will suit the occasional gamer with modest needs, who will use it for everything as it could last a lifetime. It is very priced well within the double-digit range. It is worth buying as a first-time gaming mouse but most serious gamers will probably seek one that looks and feels the part rather than laying claim to it.

Dimensions: 900 x 400 x 4 mm, weight: 0.75kg

Using it nw to help write this review.

Really nice design and fit to the palm of the hand, very responsive.

The best mouse i have ever owned. Also you can change the colour of the lights on it which was an added surprise. Looks perfect my my hp omen laptop.

Ive been using this mouse for a few weeks now, and overall, it’s a good low price ‘name’ gaming mouse. It is everything you need in a gaming mouse; responsive, comfortable and durable. Im using it with this mouse mat; tecknet extended gaming mouse pad, 900 x 450 x 3 mm xxl extra large mouse mat, non-slip rubber base, laser & optical mouse compatiblethings i like about it;it is a decent price. Finally, a good price for a gaming mouse that isn’t a no-name knockoffthe rubber finger strips are real rubber rather than a spray rubber coating. The spray rubber coating on my older mice has worn off after 2-3 years, but the rubber on the omen looks like it will last. This is a large, traditional mouse shape. It is bigger than my largest current-gen mouse (razer basilisk) and is actually comparable to the older logitech mx5xx series, back from a time when mice were always big. It’s longer and almost as tall as the biggest mouse out there; the productivity logitech mx master which i also own and use at work (i’m a web developer). You also get three 5g weights with the omen if you like your mouse both big and weighty. It is a comfortable shape and size.

First impressions are always important when it comes to gaming peripherals, and this mouse delivered – to an extent. The most important, performance -i did what most people first do with gaming mice, i jumped into a game of cs and see how long it took for me to get used to the mice and how well or badly, it performed. Overall, it performed well, i found it easy to get used to, it was very accurate and there was no lag between the mouse and the game at all. Ergonomics-the mouse is relatively comfy to hold, the thumb grip is textured for grip and my thumb rested fine on it. The mouse doesn’t feel too small or too large. The problem i had was i wan’t sure where to rest my pinky which cause a bit of discomfort. Also the mouse was very lightweight, this made it feel rather cheap. Technicals-by pressing the dpi button on the top of the mouse you can change the dpi of the mouse, each colour represents a different dpi setting;red: 1600 green: 3200red-orange: 2000 blue: 3600orange: 2400 blue-violet: 4000yellow: 2800 violet: 5000aesthetics-this mouse looks fine, i prefer customisable rgb but thats just personal preference. You can somewhat customise the rgb, by holding the different buttons together, you can change it so it fades throught the spectrum or flash so thats good. Overall-if you’re looking for a cheap mouse with the basics covered by a big brand, this is a very good choice.

Felt good when weighted with the right weights (i like a heavy mouse) and the accuracy and tracking was excellent. Felt very natural to hold and felt like it was durable. It’s not wireless (don’t like them anyway to be honest) cable is a good length and equally durable. The resolution for tracking is done on the fly which is cool so you can adjust for whatever game you are playing. All in all a good effort from hp. Certainly as good as any logitech and equally as good as an overpirced razr.

Good hard wearing and durable.

A proper decent quality gaming mat that i’m very impressed with. I’ve been a pc gamer for decades now and i’ve been through my fair share of mouse mats. This one from hp is up there with some of the best i’ve used, and i really mean thatit has a very thin profile to it but not thin enough that you can bend or roll it and the underside has a very grippy rubber base that sticks very well to my desk, it literally wont move, even when i purposely try to slide it. The top of the pad has a very slick surface to it and gives little to no friction when moving your mouse across it, its so good that sometimes it feels like the mouse is hovering above the surface. Its one of my favourite things about the mat, it really is super slick. The quality of the materials used is great and the finishing is excellent with no bits sticking out or any lumps anywhere. It has a logo in the bottom corner which if i’m honest i have no idea what it’s meant to be, but it does add to the “gaming” aspect of it else it would probably just look like a sheet of plastic. To get the best out of it i recalibrated my mouse to the surface, after this the mouse tracked perfectly and i had no issues of any kind. I’ve given it several hours of playing the new call of duty game and i really couldn’t fault it one bit. I’ll mention it again, but this mat has some seriously low resistance and i really love how the mouse glides across it, it hasn’t improved my game, but it definitely helps with consistency.

Good quality, design and works good.

Not a lot said about this gaming mouse very nice go’s good with omen good buy.

That’s a quality product for sure. Sadly, turns out it’s not my thing. Surface is hard as advertised and i realized softer surfaces are more comfortable, so i bought the cloth version right after. From the little testing i did though, mouse movement was smooth and accurate so i would definitely recommend for people who prefer this type.

This is a very responsive mouse with high accuracy and very comfortable using it continuously for several hours even without a palmrest, as the back end of it is adjustable so it can keep your palm at an optimum angle. Overall quality of materials is also very good as far i can tell. It also has some rgb lighting and it quite easy to use the dpi switches without accidentally pressing them during operation. Pricewise i find it a bit high at this point. Now the reason for the 3 stars instead of 5 is lack of accessing the configuration software where i would give a zero rating right now. The omen command center (which is what configures this mouse) is supposed to be available only from the microsoft store – for some reason?. And in addition i cannot download it on my win10 desktop. Seems you need to have some stuff running on win10, not sure, which i am not going to try activating and risk compromising speed, security and stability of my system. So if someone knows if there is a direct link to the hp omen command center will be good to know. Downloading it from the ms store doesn’t work for me that includes the add-to-cart checkout method.

Very good and cool looking mouse. When u change the dpi, the light changes colour which is pretty cool and overall a good mouse for the price.
